The Pre-Wedding Activities

- Complete scripting and coordination of all aspects of the Wedding Ceremony & Reception
- Conduct rehearsal with Officiant and Wedding Party (up to 1.5 hours)
- Detailed wedding day timeline-Creating a Wedding day schedule
- Vendor referral ( up to 3 each)
- Confirmation of all vendors two weeks prior to your event
- Coordination of your vendors including Officiant, Photographer, Cake, Band/DJ, Caterer and Florist

Wedding day management is a small term for a myriad of details! From accepting deliveries to pinning boutonnieres, from getting you down the aisle on time to assisting guests, from preparing you for your grand reception entrance as Mr. & Mrs. to gathering gifts or any of your belongings once the limo has whisked you away. Whatever is needed to create an organized wedding day, New Beginnings is there every step of the way.
- Ensure Wedding Day Timeline for Ceremony & Reception is executed
- Coordination of deliveries/services on the wedding day
- Customize Ceremony Processional and Recessional Line Up
- Ceremony/Reception Coordination up to 10 hours
- Coordination and management of vendors including Officiant, Photographer, Baker, DJ, Caterer and Florist. Be the point of contact for your vendors.
- Field questions from guests and vendors
- Handling of any issues that may arise
- Use of Wedding Emergency Kit
The Post Wedding Activities:
- Coordination Tear-down of your decor at the end of the evening. (This will be done with the help of your assigned friends and family.)
