Exclusive Wedding Planning Package
This is the "from start to finish" experience, with any and all details addressed. Wedding planning is tailored to the Bride & Groom desire that would like a personal assistant for the brainstorming, visualization, planning, budgeting, handling the logistics and execution of their dream wedding.
Kick Up Heels Package includes:
Everything that is listed in the I Do and Celebration packages;
- Light Decorating
- Placement of Escort Cards, Place Cards, Seating Charts. Ensure center pieces are placed and Head Table/Sweetheart table is arranged correctly.
- Planning
- This is your wedding and we look for personal insight into your likes, dislikes, passion and preferences. From locations and decor to favorite food and colors, learning your wishes gives us the material so that we can create the special day you desire. Your Day, Your Way!
- We work with your ideas and wishes to create the unique look and feel for your special day. With our assistance the designers and rental companies will have the knowledge of your event theme desire and the ability to accommodate this aspect in every way
- Budgeting
- Help you create a budget sheet and keep track of where your money is going and how much is still owing. Once we receive your budget, you will be provided with a breakdown of how the money is going to be allocated by you. We will guide you on how to stay close to your budget
- Coordinate all deposits and payment with Vendors-New Beginnings will maintain contact with the vendors and the customer ensuring both parties are aware as to payment schedule, amounts paid, amounts due etc.
- Assist with contract negotiations, getting the best deal for. We do not accept commissions or referral fees from any of the recommended vendors. We base our vendor recommendations solely on reputation, experience, quality and service. And should a vendor ever offer us a referral fee or discount, we ask that this be passed on to you directly
- Invitation Package
- We will help you design & coordinate your Printing Package
- Calligraphy/wax sealing or other design elements
- Save-the-date cards. Mailing out the cards at the appropriate timeframe
- Invitations and announcements. Assembling, mailing and tracking of Invitations/RSVP's. Follow up calls to non responders and maintaining an accurate count of Guest list
- Assist with Ceremony programs
- Place cards, seating cards, individuals menus and table number frames
- Menu Planning
- Menu development and design including wine pairing if desired
- Catering staff coordination
- Assist with wedding cake design
- Assist with the designing and handling of all wedding favors
- Photographer and Videographer
- Timelines for picture moments
- Coordinating Photo/Videographer in different locations
- Flower arrangements
- Coordination of all floral work and design elements from centerpieces to the flowers on the cake
- Logistics
- Coordinate all aspects of rental items including tents, service equipment, food and beverage rentals
- Coordinate all out of town Guest accommodations. Group rate negotiations
- Coordinate all aspects of Transportation, Limousines, Charter Buses, Horse drawn carriage, Specialty Cars etc.
- Ambience
- Work closely with lighting and sound companies
- Assist with music elements for the Ceremony & Reception
- Assist with Musicians, Vocalists, Bands and or DJ
- Licenses
- Marriage License timelines are met
- Liquor or any other license requirements are met
- Rehearsal Day
- Assist with planning of rehearsal dinner
- Assist with menu choice
- Assist with Officiant, Wedding Party and Bridal Couple timelines and placements
