Wedding Day Coordination Advise & Assistance Package;
For the Bride who may already completed part of her planning and needs less help than what a full Wedding Planning package offers. This service allows the Bride a hands-on role in her planning with our professional assistance to guide her.
Includes everything listed in the "I Do" package plus:
The Pre-Wedding Activities:
- Detailed wedding day timeline for the Couple, Wedding party & Vendors
- Planning Checklist
- Wedding Etiquette Guidance
- Two planning sessions (1 hour each)
- Providing a list of preferred Vendors as needed for the Bride
- Schedule Vendor Meetings with Accompaniment ( up to 3 vendors)
- Review Vendors contract (not, of course, for the legal issues, but for the details)
- Site Inspection Appointment at Ceremony and Reception site
- Assist with the rehearsal dinner festivities, pre-wedding brunches, Groom & Bridal parties if needed
- Assist with coordinating site seeing tours, golfing tournaments or other special pre-wedding activities if needed
- Assist with transportation schedule
- Final walk through appointments at location
- As changes are made to plans, you will be given a revised estimate and updated contract
DAY OF COORDINATOR:
- Ensure Wedding Day Timeline for Wedding Party & Ceremony & Reception is executed
The Post Wedding Activities:
- Assist with the post-wedding brunches or other special post-wedding activities if needed
- Assist with organization of the Tear down, venue security check
